With your accounting, taxes, and just about everything else related to your business.
Your trail guide for skills, focus, and action.
Learn to fish.
Roll up your sleeves, Trail Keeper is a “learn-and-complete” approach. Why? It's better to teach you how to fish than give you a fish.
Trail Keeper provides hands-on sessions where you'll complete your financials, run numbers, draft your business returns, make your estimates, and so much more. We focus on action.
Stay on the trail. You can always order take-out later.
Cool gear to keep you on the trail.
Easy to follow templates, webinars, expert guest speakers, complete-it-together workshops, campfires (Q&A sessions), and follow-up emails for motivation and action items (we go beyond just due date reminders).
Trail Keeper is your guide to accounting, taxes, and taking action with your business. Sherpas are not provided, so be prepared to hike your hike.
Your journey begins here.
Trail Keepers is more than just working with you on your accounting and taxes. Our compass is pointed to keeping you focused on your trail towards your summit, the path for your business vision.
It's more than numbers. It's a journey. Make it an adventure. And bring snacks.

You may or may not like the outdoors
What to Expect
A lot of trail dust (action, accountability and accomplishment)
Trail Keeper is a thru-hike; be along for the journey for a while
DIY hands-on learn-and-complete approach
Group campfires (live Q&A) and ask Trail Keeper general support questions
To travel farther than hiking the journey alone
What to Bring
An open to adventure mindset (open to something new and experimenting).
Ready to DO the work. This isn’t a recreation store to browse around.
Comfortable shoes that can outrun a bear; either of us is going to trip at some point. We want to be prepared.
If anyone has a guitar and marshmallow sticks, that would be cool too.
When to Meet at the Trailhead
Now.
Definitely not the week before your taxes are due. Missing the point.
Advisory Notices
Trail Keeper operates on a two-weeks before the “actual deadline” deadline. Trail Keeper starts a month or two ahead of this to set out on the trail (learn-and-complete workshop schedules). Stragglers will get left behind. Part of the training is conditioning you to keep up.
